Lara’s a small Latin American girl (woman?) who won the Funny Women 2021 (right. Woman.) stage award and is now doing an hour of stand up about what it’s like to be Latin and deaf and a girl who’s now a woman. You know, minority jokes for majority crowds.

Lara performs stand up all around the Netherlands and improvises with Boom Chicago and easylaughs, which is important in the Netherlands. This year she has just won the 2021 Funny Women Stage Award which catapulted her onto this website.
